At Terra Arma, our commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount. We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations, and we are dedicated to facilitating a fair and straightforward return process.

Returns

Our return policy is active for 30 days post-purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Should you initiate a return or exchange within this 30-day period, you will have 14 days from the issuance of our return label to return the product. Failure to return the item(s) within this 14-day window will render them ineligible for a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in it’s original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. For rejected returns, a 15% integration fee will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item in a different size, please contact us at Info@TerraArma.com. Our team will provide specific instructions for the exchange process. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain goods are exempt from return, including:

• Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gasses.

Additional non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards
• Sale items (any item purchased at a price other than full retail price)

For a return, we require receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

If you have not received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next, contact your back. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
